I purchased tickets by phone for the Thursday night session and the call taker did not ask for a member number.  I also did not get the members only entrance and my tickets says #399.   >:(  I've also been a member for more than a year.

Thank you for the responses and suggestions.  I've verified that CO2 is getting to the beer by pulling the relief valve and I can hear it refilling the head space.  I have purged the head space many times and have checked for leaks.  CO2 is definitely getting to the beer.  I believe there is enough head space as I have been tasting the beer frequently in the past few weeks  ;D

I've switched the CO2 hoses from the other batch, although I'm not sure how this may fix the problem as both lines are coming from the same regulator.  Maybe I'll try raising the PSI or shaking the keg.  Very confusing.

This is a new one for me.  I recently made a ten gallon batch of Hefeweizen and split the batch to make one half of regular Hef and one half of Peaches and Cream Hef (Recipe on this site).  Both batches were put on CO2 at the same time, at the same pressure (~14 psi at 40 deg) for about three weeks now.  The regular batch carbed up just fine, while the Peaches and Cream still has no carbonation.  I have verified multiple times that there is CO2 flowing to the keg.  The only difference between the two batches is that peach puree and lactose were added to the Peaches and Cream.  Could the puree or lactose make it more difficult for the beer to absorb the CO2?

If your neighbor calls the cops because of suspicious activity, they have an obligation to investigate.  Its the job that the citizens pay them to do.  If you are doing something illegal, don't answer the door.  They would probably rather you didn't answer the door as that means more work for them.  If you are just home brewing, I'm sure most cops know that it's legal and many cops probably home brew themselves.  If they aren't sure about the legality of home brewing, or don't know the difference between home brewing and distilling, I say take the time to show them around and educate them.  They would probably appreciate it and find it interesting and would probably help out the next home brewer that has the cops called on them.

I have read that it is better to match your tubing and bore size, but I had trouble finding stainless shanks with a 3/16 bore.  I wanted to use the 3/16 tubing to reduce my tube length and my 1/4 bore shanks are only 4" so I don't think it makes a huge difference.  My beers poured nicely after I learned how to balance the system.

I own 4 stainless Ventmatic faucets which are no longer made.  But they are similar to the Perlicks with a forward sealing design and I love them.  I recently replaced my chrome plated shanks with stainless so all parts that touch my beer are stainless.  When I removed the old shanks, I found that the plating had been removed wherever the beer stayed in contact with the parts.  I'm not sure what causes this, (maybe acidity in the beer) but I can't imagine that it would be good for the flavor of the beer.  I would recommend going with all stainless if you can.
