I really doubt it stalled. You're most likely done. Especially using US-05.

I'm trying to carb a beer to 25 PSI at 43F.
I have one in my back yard I planted and can't remember the variety. It is now known to me as "Raritan Valley."
there was a welding shop on route 1 I used to go to. I can't remember what it was called though.
Perhaps Kennedy Welding Supplies in Trenton? I've used them and I was very happy with the service
