Kegging and Bottling / Priming question
« on: January 19, 2012, 09:07:36 AM »
I'm getting ready to bottle my first batch, and I'm probably being over cautious, but how can you tell if you should re-pitch before bottling? I'm doing a Sweetwater 420 clone (its an American Pale Ale), so it isn't high gravity. Thanks for any input.

Beer Recipes / Sweetwater420 clone
« on: December 07, 2011, 04:41:34 PM »
I am looking for a clone for an all grain Sweetwater 420 clone. There is a website that sells the ingredients bundled, but I don't know if I trust the hop schedule (or lack of one) given. Here's the link :http://www.brewmasterswarehouse.com/recipe/d66b18b3/
Any suggestions or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

All Grain Brewing / First All grain batch
« on: November 29, 2011, 09:57:05 AM »
I'm getting ready to make my first all grain batch in a few weeks, and I was thinking of trying to make a Black Rye Pale ale, more than likely from tweaking the Terrapin Rye clone, but I was curious as to how I should adjust the grain bill. Any suggestions?
