Kegging and Bottling / Problems serving beer!! Help needed!

Hey everyone. I'm honestly baffled I can't figure this out on my own but here it goes. This is a nitro problem. I kegged my special bitter and hit it with 4psi just to give it around 1 volume of co2. After that I connected my beer gas(75% nitro, 25% co2) and hit it with 25psi. After a couple weeks I go to pour a pint and it comes blasting out. Waaaaay too fast. I have no guesses after playing around with it the last week. Any help would be great.

Stout faucet has all pieces in it too btw.

Need some help. I'm buying a stout faucet and I would prefer stainless as my whole system top to bottom is stainless. I'm a bit overwhelmed with all the choices...anyone have any suggestions...there is one for 33$ on www.ritebrew.com but its chrome plated.

Micromatic sells a stainless but it has a plastic spout...any suggestions?

Any ideas on what a good first lager would be? Maybe thinking helles or bock or maybe Oktoberfest.

Any tips would be highly appreciated. I also should add I have a temperature controlled vessel.

So I just got a new tap rite regulator hooked it up tested for leaks. Nothing at all. Problem is this...if I out my ear up really close to the regulator I can hear the tank running gas still. Even minutes later.  Sounds like a tiny leak but I'm positive its not. Anyone ever heard of this before?

Used this yeast a couple times at 67-72 ish. Its french  saison 3711 btw.
was curious as to how many people have gotten to the upper 70's with this and what flavors were produced?

All Grain Brewing / Double decoction

Did a Bavarian heff this weekend with wyeast 3638. Holy cow this yeast is a madman.

Did a double decoction with around 78% efficiency.  This yeast within an hr was already pretty active and within 24 hrs the krausen is easily a foot high...I have 6.5 and 7 gallon carboys and I had to attach a blowoff tube today. I hit it with 60 seconds of pure o2 and made a healthy starter too. Started at 66 and it's jumped a few degrees but im hoping for a nice banana, clove and spice flavor!! Anyways just thought I'd update!

You can't see the leak but it seeps right at the base of the silver washer.

All Grain Brewing / Last three batches terrible

Been brewing for a couple years now,  all grain. Last three batches have had this off flavor I can't really explain. Its almost like an alcoholic flavor but also taste like metal. Beer is fermenting in a fermentation chamber I control all the temps etc....esb, Belgian pale, and rye saison...they all have the same off flavor. Im about to give up I have no idea whats causing this flavor. Any suggestions?
