Questions about the forum? / Board Express(Tapatalk)

Searching for the forum and can't seem to get it found under Board Express(It uses Tapatalk) this is on a Nokia Lumia 920 Windows 8 phone...  if anyone can assist will be appreciated..

Kegging and Bottling / Trying to get a good pour-Pliny Clone(All grain) Kegged

I've got a Pliny Clone kegged and carbonated @ 11psi, I have 8' of 1/4" line and am getting too much foam, I've reduced to 9 psi, and still the same...  I don't figure I should have a longer line, but will going to 3/16" help with this???  I've read everything in the forums before posting but I figure I'll ask...
