78 IBU
Interesting to mention is that this beer is an American - Belgian co-operation beer.
It is young American brewmaster Jean Brouillet (27) from Pennsylvania who has done some majour efforts to participate that wonderful American influenced recipe.
Together with Gaverhopke brewmaster Gudrun Vandoorn, a great tasting cross-pollinated new Belgian IPA is brewed.
This beer is nearly entirely exported to the US by 12 Percent Imports.

I find those sentences interesting because my impression is that most "child porn" arrests are done by the FBI and involve people accused of downloading.

Consider what would happen if a TSO were caught uploading nude-o-scope images to the internet:

   1. The charging documents would say uploading. [check!]
   2. To keep the dirty laundry hidden, the arrest be done by DHS LEOs, not LEOs from the FBI or another agency. [check!]
   3. So that the evidence would not need to be shown in open court, where the media and activists could see it, the accused would be charged with child porn. [check!]


Consequently, I conclude that he is the first TSO to be charged with a crime as a result of uploading nude-o-scope images to the internet.

The federal agent alleged that Gordon's Photobucket account also included a picture of him wearing his blue TSA uniform.

The indictment alleges that Gordon used at least six Facebook accounts and employed multiple names "to upload and store images of sexual exploitation of minor children."

The charges detail 104 illicit photographs allegedly uploaded over four weeks in February.

Authorities also seized from Gordon an HP laptop and a four-gigabyte flash drive that they say contained more than 600 images or movies containing child pornography, according to court filings.

Commercial Beer Reviews / Bellevaux Malmedy Blanche

Finally got around to drinking this bottle and its like others from the Brasserie de Bellevaux in Malmedy,Be.,nice but nothing great nor with any real flaws,did have a tartness that I didn't recall in the fresher bottles @ the brewery.

I'll see how the yeast does in a 1 gal. test batch.


This review is about right>
"Yellow color, disappearing white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, lemon. Flavor is tart lemons, coriander, wheat, grain, sour lemon finish. Light bodied. Refreshing"

The Pub / It was a good week

While having our roof re-done the contractor`s  supplier sent architectural shingles along with the top of the line skylite. The guys doing the install didn't know what we had ordered and by the time it was noticed 90% of the roof was done :D

The boss was pissed at his crew & the supplier but said it was his problem and theres no extra charges :D :D

The bathrooms & living room tile is almost done so we drove back home yesterday evening. Thats when my luck ran out or so I thought, after being stuck in traffic for 30 mins on st rd 40 behind some jerk doing 35mph I saw an opening. A downshift and thats two cars passed as I pulled back in line only I noticed blue/red lites flashing 5 cars behind.... GPS showed 82mph in a 55mph zone  :o

I was busted no way outta of it, so as the cop weaved his way closer I pulled over to face the music. "Hows it going"  not too good now sir,  "Why? at this point I babbled about the traffic ect as I handed my papers over knowing the ticket would be about $400.

He runs my info and hands my stuff back and says "he feels your pain"(re: traffic) and only stopped me as I looked like someone they wanted really bad. Did I mention he was packing 3 guns & dress in full swat gear, so my speeding & passing of 2 cars wasn't worth his time and  I was free to go ;D

Yep it was a good week, I thought about buying a lotto ticket before thinking maybe I had used up all my good luck.

cut peppers in halves, fill with spread, cook 12-15mins @300f

Ugh, my dutch buddy tried to stop me from wasting my money on this beer. The first bottle didn't taste good but I went ahead and got a couple more to bring home. Well it still taste like old yeast with a hot alcohol bite,  oh and it gave me heartburn >:(


I have another bottle to sample- > Sladek Hopburst, hope its better.
