All Grain Brewing / Parti-gyle

Where do I start? I brew 10 gallon batches, so if I wanted to brew an IPA then add some roasted malt to the mash tun and then brew 5 gallons of stout could this be done?  I would I calculate the SG of the stout? 

So IPA grain bill is 12lbs of 2row, 8lbs of munich II, 6lbs of rye, 1lb of crystal 40 and 1lb of crystal 60.

Wood/Casks / Manhattan used barrels

So at work we aged some manhattans in a new charred barrel.  I could grab one and use it for beer.  So what effect will the sweet vermouth have on a beer?

Kegging and Bottling / Regulator

My regulator keeps going up to 35 to 40 psi.     I have tried letting all the pressure off of the kegs and lowering the pressure all the way, but it keeps creeping up there.  Any ideas?

I am ready to bottle a Saison and the gravity is 1.002 and crystal clear. 

Should I add any yeast when I bottle?

General Homebrew Discussion / bottled wrong beer

was supposed to bottle my dunkel weisen, Instead bottled a similar looking beer. A scotch ale.  this was in the fermenter for a week, OG 1.056  I am not sure which beer I measured the final gravity so that doesn't help.

Kent Goldings, UK Pellets   1.5 oz @ 60 mins
