Kegging and Bottling / Bottling question.

Ok, bottled my Belgian single today.
Everything tasted, smelled, looked fine except this.
I noticed a bit of bubbles at the top of the bottle. Not like a foam, just seemed way more than normal.
My question is this.
Since I dry hopped for 1 week ( I usually dont dry hop my beers ever) could this be due to that?
It was definately way cloudier than normal dur to the dry hopping.
Or am I just freaking out over nothing?

So I found a package of this in my fridge when I moved this month.
I was thinking of something along the lines of a De Koninck.
All grain or extract, I dont really care.
Any ideas for a recipe? Anyone use this and have any tips?

I am thinking of brewing someting close. I could use a bit of help figuring out a recipie.
