Wow. This almost sounds better than chocolate-covered bacon.I had chocolate covered bacon last weekend, made with unsweetened chocolate - I thought it was terrible. What a way to ruin bacon.
You can have the wind, all you want whenever. Since we've had less than 15 inches of rain in the past 3.5 years when the wind blows so does the sand and the freaking tumbleweeds. Check this out, it's not too far from us.

There is a restaurant in Davis called the Pho King.
While I plan on using mine for my kegs, for a carboy I would use a plastic milk crate (like the ones that say "Thou Shalt Not Steal" on them, although Wally World probably sells them). With one hand steadying the carboy the other would be ratcheting the winch.

Hey all, I'm headed up to north Seattle, WA. area (Lynnwood) and then heading to Vancouver, BC. Any good recommendations on breweries and brew pubs? We plan on hitting Grandville Island in Vancouver and possibly Chuckanut in WA.
I've got so many pineapples ripening now that I can't keep up with them. I'd give them to friends, but everybody has lots from their own gardens. Kinda like citrus season was back in Florida
