I am thinking, harvested cleaned avacado, lemon juice, and vacuum sealer along with refrigeration....
If you leave the seed in they won't discolor. So I would mash up several together, and vacseal along with the pit. Should refrigerate for a while.
Cool! I would probably crack under the pressure and the beer would be infected!
If it tastes like an IPA, it doesn't matter what ingredients you used. The judges will only judge the beer by what it tastes like.
