I recently did a 50/50 split for additions on a all simcoe / Amarillo and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I did use 1.5 simcoe for the 60min addition it was enought for some bitter backbone but it blends so nicely in this mix.

I would make sure you bump up the chocolate malt in your grain bill and the marshmellow extract sounds like it would work

Just cracked a bottle of a Nelson Citra 50/50 split for the whole boil and I can't imagine either going into anything but IPA styles

Can you be more specific on what your Fruit Hop Bomb Blend is??
