The Pub / A tragic accident on Iowa today

Okay not so tragic.  A Bud truck tipped on its side on I-380 today.

The Pub / New ways to justify a keg fridge

Honey!  It's an emergency backup freezer!   

Yesterday we discovered one of the kids (assuming one of the kids) left the door of our 26cf upright freezer open a little bit.  By the time we found it $1000 of meat and veggies was half thawed.  I just got done pulling all the kegs and dropping the keg freezer back to 0 deg.  My son and I just moved half the beef to the chest freezer to make the big one cool faster.

At least the big freezer is starting to cool down again.

The Pub / May 21 - What are you planning ot do?

Somebody has to ask this question.

I'm pretty sure, one way or another, I'll be here come May 22nd.  I'll be cleaning my Mom's house before she moves to a retirement community in Omaha.  8^)

If the rapture actually happens... what will you be doing on Sunday?

I personally will be arming up and getting ready for some gun play.
