I brewed my Dormnder Export / Belgian Bonde. 10 gallon mash and boil then split into 2 fermentors, added 1.5 lbs of sugar to the Blonde, and picthed different yeast into each one. Both are burbling away right now.

Although I might not bring any beer with me due to the $25 bag check fee, but, hey, maybe I could ship it, then use the box to ship beer that I buy there back home to myself. Yeah, that might work.
Does anyone know if there is a special address to ship beer to the conference hotel?

I did not think I would be able to go so I did not get tickets but now then the time slot opened up and I could not get a ticket, but now a friend of mine can't go and offered his ticket to me so I am going

I am turning my 5' x 10' basement cellar into a a cold room with an A/C unit and a coldbot. I have a friend that did this in an even bigger space and he maintains 40 degrees no problem.

I brew Saisons with these 2 yeasts and I just pitch then together. I even put them in a starter together.

That's a nice idea but when I put the fridge downstairs it ended up being an extension of the kitchen. I have a few hops in the freezer and a few bottles of beer in the fridge door but the rest is claimed by SWMBO and the tax credits. I'm not sure how we went from 1 - 18cf fridge to a 24cf and an 18cf and still don't room to lager a beer. 8^)
You need to be like me and have 2 fridges in the garage for serving beer and 2 chest freezers in the basement for fermenting/lagering
I don't know what I am brewing yet. Tomorrow is the FOTR Iron Brewer day so I will decide when I show up and find out what the ingredients are.
Tonight I will be packing up my vehicle with my portable (somewhat) propane fired brew rig, racking 10 gallons of Saison into secondary, and hopefully if I have time working on my new electric brewery in the basement. Time for water leak tests.

I haven't been able to find out much about their yeast (Het Anker Brewery). Maybe its proprietary. I think their yeast profile is similar to Achouffe's (WLP 550).

1. I put mine in at flame out, whirlpool (by hand) then let it rest for 10 minutes before going through the chiller. That takes about 15 minutes (for 10 gallons) so some of the wort is exposed to the hops for that additional time.

I brewed a CAP on Monday. Pretty much my standard recipe (10% Munich, 60% 6-row, 30% corn) but since I was pressed for time I used flaked maize instead of corn meal and skipped the cereal mash. Surprisingly the OG was the same as the corn meal/cereal mash batches. I thought it would be lower.
Based on the last competition reviews of the beer I raised the IBU's to 49 (was 40 before).
And on this one I used the WLP Mexican Lager yeast (very clean) since I had harvested it from the Mexican Lager.

How long has it been since fermentation has completed? In my experience the hefe yeast will drop clear as bell after a month or so.
You can always shake your bottle or keg to get the yeast roused back up.
