The Pub / Greatest NZ beer drinking song

This song from the 80's is one of the reason my brewery is named "Another1", http://youtu.be/e0YCJhQYsqs

The other reason is  because the wife suggested it to me last christmas on the long drive home from our holiday.

I spent many nights, and early morning drinking at the bar with this song playing in the background, and was even lucky enough to watch them live, I might even be in the crowd of this video.

Yeast and Fermentation / Three yeast examples

As part of my recipe development for a KiwiFruit Beer named "Patches MacKiwi" I trialled 3 different yeast strains on the same wort, the following video is the fermenting process that shows the differences, and the beer is soon going to be bottled, and the all important taste test results will follow soon.

Homebrewer Bios / another1 (Paul Wicksteed - NZ)

Hi my name is Paul I am a home brewer from New Zealand. I have been brewing for a year now, and have the goal of setting up and running my own nano / micro brewery.
