Howdy,  I have a full pass, but my friend in Philly could only get a social pass.  He's already got the time off and would love to get a full pass, last minute even.

Kegging and Bottling / corny keg bottom fell off

Howdy homebrewers,

I think this has been discussed before, but I couldn't find it.  The black rubber bottom fell off a keg.  What is the recommended glue to use to re-attach it?

Ingredients / flaked maize in Bru'n Water?

Anyone know what to do with flaked maize in Bru'n Water?  Maybe it doesn't change anything?
And I guess what to do with wheat malt or flaked wheat?

I had one question about the sour starter. Would it be of benefit to acidify the starter to pH <4.3 to start off?

Going to Chicago this weekend for a conference. Anything new? Any events i shouldn't miss?

I've been to Goose Island, Piece, Hop Leaf and the Map Room. All good.

Also any bottle shops for things I can't get in Colorado?
