I just read through that presentation. Pretty cool stuff, but a bit confusing at times with just the slides. It would be neat if someone could make up a calculator using his percentages for each of the factors for terminal gravity.
Interesting aromatics from a freshly opened bag: dank, musty, wet grass. None of the aroma/flavor descriptors from the website. Curious to see how this changes in the wort and beer...
Thanks for the input. As the plant stands I have about 10- 12 cups of leaves. Now I just have to come up with a recipe. Thinking I need to stick with citrusy hops.
