« on: October 26, 2012, 09:31:20 PM »
What is your thought on how to dumb down your dortmunder recipe so your friends may like it. Less bitterness of less hop flavor or a touch of both.

I hope the beer gods do not have access to lighting. Just saying.

I think it of learning to can and save the garden.

« on: September 08, 2012, 08:03:58 PM »
So I go to the dump and toss off the garbage. I pull forward to recycle and then wham! I get drilled from behind by a pickup. Tweaked my whole body as I was sideways getting out of the car and smacked my head. So being tweaked I think I need a good garbage (ambulance) truck chaser.

What are your go to tech books?  I hear this is the best, Technology Brewing and Malting by Kunze. What are you thoughts?

I know some brewers swear by the De Clerck books. I seems to me this one would have more relevent information to start up brewers because of the equipment that they use.

Which ones are you using if any?
