Going Pro / Cleaning chemicals

Would you guys like to share what kind of cleaning chemicals are you using?
I am using PBW and it is fine for soaking but does not cut it on SS.
I also have Acid Cleaner 5 but it looks like it is too weak also.
I am using Saniclen for sanitizing and that is fine.
Starsand for manual sanitizing and that is fine as well.
All products are from Five Star Chemicals.
Any recommendation?

I just want to share an experience with new filter I have.
It is Pall housing with SupraDiskII Cartridges.
It was easy to set up, run and clean.
Cartridges (they call them modules) are reusable and housing does not need to be dis-assembled after each run.

Recently I come across article about Russian River Brewing Co out of Santa Rosa CA.
They brew about 14,000 barrels a year.
The brew pub's sales account for more than half of Russian River's total business.

Going Pro / Filtering carbonated beer.

I just want to share that I filtered about 10.5 BBL of carbonated beer to kegs in about 2.5 hours.
I did not lose carbonation and I am as happy with the result as I can be.
First I want to say that the approach I took is not practical for homebrewer.
I used pump to pull beer out of bright tank that was at 13 psi and pushed it thru the filter at 17 psi to the receiving keg that was at 12 psi.
I used 1 micron cartrage and 20" X 4" Big Blue whole house filter.
Beer did not foam at all.
I did not lose carbonation and I am as happy with the result as I can be.
