well, no lap dance but i did get me some licorice nibs and lemongrass cause i wanted to make 'something with lemongrass'. got some sanitizere and brushes and grain.and hops and a sake kit because i've wanted to try it, some rennett i'm going to try to make mozorilla cheese and just a few odds and ends. nothing really special

instead of slowly stirring, i take my spoon in one end of the tun and make small rapid circles. it will move the grain across the whole length of the cooler. i feel that evens out the temps more.

evidently i have the midas touch, i've never had a bad lager, but our water is perfect for this style of beer and my fermentations have almost always started within 12 hours

hi, i'm dan my brother and i own a convenience store/repair shop in thedford nebr.i am an ASE certified mechanic and i'm 51.have been brewing for 6 years, most of them all grain.married for 32 years and have 2 kids, well they aren't kids anymore oldest is 29 and next in line is 26.
