Grand Banquet tickets must be purchased with a package. You can't buy just a ticket to the dinner.

Let me clarify... Each member can register one "non-member" guest.

In the registration system, you can add up to 10 AHA members on one registration form. To do this you’ll need each person’s 9-digit AHA number and email address associated with their HomebrewersAssociation.org profile.

Each AHA member can register one guest. So, regardless of who fills out the registration information one of you can register the other. Just register yourself, then add another person before completing your registration.

Cheers!

« on: January 31, 2013, 12:27:21 pm »
We're currently working on narrowing down the list of speakers. We hope to contact most of the speakers before Feb 5.

However, if you've submitted a proposal and haven't heard back one way or the other, please go ahead and register yourself for the conference when registration opens. It's not problem for us to refund you payment later.

I'll email all this info to potential speakers as well.

Thanks!

Just a reminder... don't forget to submit your conference proposal soon!

Thanks,
Kathryn

I'm working on tracking that one down. Waiting to hear back from the audio company we used and have contacted Jamie for the presentation. I'll update this thread when it is up.

Thanks!

Your member number is on the mailing label of your Zymurgy. It's 9-digits and starts with a 9 or a bunch of zeros.

However, to access the members-only content on www.HomebrewersAssociation.org, you just need to log into the site.

Go to the top left hand side of the side and choose Log In. If you're already logged into the Forum, you might not need to log-in again. You'll then be prompted to supply your username and password. There are "forgot" options, if you need some help.

You can also set up a new account, if you haven't yet connected your AHA membership to the site.

If you have more questions, call 888.822.6273 x 123 or email info@brewersassociation.org.

Thanks!

I know you've been waiting patiently for this announcement. So, I've very pleased to let you know the audio files and slide shows from the 2012 conference are now available to AHA members.

Starting with the 2012 conference, the AHA is providing this information as your newest members-only resource on www.HomebrewersAssociation.org.

A wide range of topics are covered at the conference, including formulation of beer recipes, beer styles, homebrewing techniques, brewing ingredients, beer and food, brewing history and more.

Members, log-in and check out all 30 of the 2012 seminars. Non-members, join the AHA to access all the benefits of membership.

Members - I see you've already posted some of the official statements released about GABF ticket sales.

Here's an update...

As of Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning, Ticketmaster and the AHA are finalizing review of the pre-sale purchasers list. We are triple-checking the very small number of possible non-member purchases against AHA member records. From there, if we have not yet verified the membership status of the purchaser, Ticketmaster will call and email the purchaser to invite them to provide their AHA membership number. In other words, no purchase will be cancelled without the purchaser having had a chance to provide a member number.

When I have more information to share, I will. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this situation.

Cheers,
Kathryn
