I fit my 27 gal Blichmann in a fridge. I just had to cut the rear leg down 6.8" for the compressor. Works great.

I won a silver medal in the Beehive Brewoff for my Baltic Porter using Wyeast Munich Lager 2308. Also have done it with the 2206 but really couldn't tell a difference.

Teaching a couple friends to brew with an extract pale on Saturday and then Monday I'll be brewing my first IPA in damn near a year with a few new gadgets. Picked up an inline aeration, sight glass, pre chiller strainer and an RO unit this last week and I'm a bit excited about all of it.

This is a beautiful set up. I am considering something very similar. How did you mount the top to the lid? Epoxy? Screwed down?

I marinate my wings for 24 hours, then smoke them for about 5 hours. Then deep fry them and finally coat them in a home made sauce. Trouble is everyone loves them so much that they always expect them. Good thing I love them too and they go great with an IPA.
