I think I'll be brewing a pale on Sunday since I didn't brew last weekend like I'd planned.

I'm makin' a Rye IPA similar to Denny's recipe. I going to try and make the color red and more late hop additions.

First attempt at turning my Honey Brown Porter recipe from Extract to All grain. I forgot to grab the recipe before I went to the LHBS, so I just winged it. It will be beer!

Did a small batch of Strong Scotch ale today, 1.090 OG. Tomorrow I'm making a lambic using the turbid mash described in Sparrow's Wild Brews book.

Digging the equipment out from the recent move and going for an Irish Red Ale. Nothing special, this is really just me dusting the equipment off and remembering how to brew after my 4 month hiatus.

Brewed my first Rye beer. Thinking about bottling my Wee Heavy. Probably just going to watch Spring Training games.
