Mainz, Germany Brew PUbs or Beer Halls?

going to be in Mainz thursday, any suggestions on a good brew pub or specific beers to search out?

There is a Brewpub in Mainz.  Forget the name, sort of SE of the Altstadt at the base of a hill.  Food was good, but all the beers had a mild house flavor, that was a little lactic.
