Just tasted mine this past weekend. Denny your yeast is great! The 5 gallons with 1450 were bready and rich and the beer tasted like pumpernickel bread. The 5 gallons with 002 I didnt care for too much.Im making an attempt at an Orval clone this weekend since I have a vial of Belgian Bastogne to use.
