Need help

So I have no clue what to brew tomorrow. I haven't brewed since thanks giving it was a APA.

Any suggestions?
Criteria:
Want to be drank in June
I am not a hop head
Not a fan of stouts or porters

I also allgrain so I am not limited by lme or dme

You could turn around a hefeweizen by June and it's a perfect summertime beer

Never have done one of those. I am boring I normally do brews that 1056 not intentionally but that's the way it's worked out

Ok then, sticking with the summer=wheat theme, why don't you try Drew's Gumballhead clone recipe.  It calls for WLP001 which is the same as WY1056...

I'd knock out an american wheat. Ferment with 001 or 1056. If you want to change it up a little add some fruit. Citrus comes to mind. Hop it with some american citrusy hops like amarillo or citra. Use just enough to balance it out so its not too hoppy. Sounds like an awesome summer beer!

I like the idea of a American wheat with citra hops bc I haven't used them befor and it's been a while since I made a wheat.

Recipe ideas:
How many ibu?
Grain bill?

Gumballhead is an American Wheat so you could start with that recipe above.  Just swap out the Amarillo and use your Citra instead

I ended up going with a kit from Midwest a blonde ale.

It has caravienne in it was does it do? :)

Caravienne is like a light crystal malt.  Will add body, color, and a touch of sweetness.

Is there like a guide or or something like that that tells each malt characteristics in some detail. I can only find vague descriptions.
