I'd knock out an american wheat. Ferment with 001 or 1056. If you want to change it up a little add some fruit. Citrus comes to mind. Hop it with some american citrusy hops like amarillo or citra. Use just enough to balance it out so its not too hoppy. Sounds like an awesome summer beer!
