Well, it's like, Mother's day on Sunday and stuff.  I gotta do something with my mom for that.  Oh and I've got a cousin's wedding to go to on Saturday...d'oh!  Maybe I'll brew on Monday again.

No brewing.  Home related activities on Saturday.  Philadelphia Union soccer match on Mother's Day.

It'll be a Cream Ale on Friday.  Then kegging 10 gallons of my Pliny the Elder clone on Saturday along with planting the garden.

I'll also be taking my mother out for brunch on Mother's Day.  :)

I was going to do the English Mild base for my Mocha Mild for NHC this weekend, but I am running low on pale beers, so I think I am going to do a APA this weekend, and do the Mild next weekend.
In Bottles: Honey Brown Porter, Raspberry Riesling, Mild Ale, Scotch Ale, Mild Ale
In a Keg: Munich Pale
Conditioning: Molasses Hard Cider
Fermenting: Flanders Red, ESB

I have a Bitter and a Brown Ale to keg. I also just got a sack of spelt malt, so I plan on brewing 10 gallons of Saison.

Working this weekend so no brewing. Just got a bunch of food-grade buckets in from CPS, so I'll be cleaning them and drilling/grommeting some lids for airlocks. Early next week I'm hoping to brew my 2nd attempt at a hoppy/session pale ale and start looking around for honey to make my first batch of mead.
Check out my blog: Critical Tastings

In Secondary: Blackberry-Lemon Melomel; "Orvalled" Barleywine; Cider; Maple Wine

Working all weekend but I'll brew some Rye IPA on Mon.  After all the NHC brewing, we're about out if beer at home, so this one is for us.

Yeah...there's a lot of responsibility and work preparing for the NHC when it's in your backyard.  It'll be my turn next year in Philly.  :)

Can't brew this weekend.  Going on a short camping trip in our RV/travel trailer.  My son is smart and is staying home.  I'll be going with my wife, 2 daughters and one of their friends.  So, I will have to endure a weekend with SWMBO and 3 teenage girls!  Give me strength!  Better yet, give me beer!   :P
