What's Brewing This Weekend - 5/18 Edition

Trying to install another utility sink in my cellar.  Maybe bottling a RIS to make room for another keg.

No brewing.

Did you get that sink installed?

Last Thursday I brewed my Saison. I loved it last year, one the first beers I made that I really loved. Split the batch between WLP Sasion II and American Farmhouse. My fermenting fridge with the Farmhouse smells totally funky.

We're gonna give a Rhubarb IPA a shot.

Gonna make something "unique"... a Sweetwater IPA clone with rye and lager yeast - an India Pale Lager (IPL).  I'll dry hop heavily at the end of the ferment and throw a couple ounces of dry hops in a muslin sack into the keg to compensate for the lengthened ferment.  Anyone else ever made an IPL?  What's your experience with it if so.
