Bottling my IPA. My favorite local Farmers Market starts this weekend, so I'll be asking around about berries and hopefully finding a good local honey source for getting into mead.
Check out my blog: Critical Tastings
In Primary: Table Saison, BDG
In Secondary: Blackberry-Lemon Melomel; "Orvalled" Barleywine; Cider; Maple Wine
In Bottles: IIPA; Düsseldorf IPA; Quad; Roast Porter; Helles Hop Hammer; Oatmeal Brown
On Deck: ESB, India Black Saison

I think it's about time for a summer ale. I'm thinking MO, some wheat malt, some lemon zest. Can't decide on the hops, though...

House IPA friday and Saison on Sunday. 11 gallons of each!

Bottling 10 gallons each of Kolsch, Imperial Stout, Oktoberfest, Baltic Porter, Witbier, ESB.

Gonna be a good weekend!

That is A LOT of bottling :o  I feel so inadequate ;D

Gonna brew a Helles, with WY1007, so I guess it's not really a Helles, but pseudo-Helles.
Watch out for those Cross Dressing Amateurs!

Bottling an IPA and brewing a tripel. In between a lot of work in the yard.
