Serving two kegs of homebrew at my annual pre-Memorial Day party.  Got a BoPils and an ESB to tap for Saturday.  Taking the day off to smoke up 14 lbs of pork butt for pulled pork BBQ on Friday.

Bottling my XPA. Got 5# of local wildflower honey the other day, so I may take a first stab at a melomel if I find any fruit that is worthy.

I may take the day off Tuesday to brew a cream ale.  I'll also be bottling some coffee stout from the keg for a friend.

Hoping to brew 18 gallons of a pale pilsner based wort about 20 IBUs FWH with Sterling and then equally divide the wort to make a helles, kolsch, and Belgian blonde.

Wish I was brewing.  I'll be painting the garage.

Perhaps I'll tap a new keg to go with the bbq on Monday.

I've got an 18+ hour day on Mem. Day doing a Jack White show.  May brew today, maybe later next week.  I've got an APA grist ground and I'll dig through the hop freezer and try to use up a bunch.

The white stripes and Tenacious D should do a comedy/music show and call it "It's Black and White, Jack".
