Not really a recipe but it is 3:52 am here and I am getting ready to fire up the grill. Going to cook a 12 pound brisket and a 10 pound pork roast. It should be ready by 6pm.

Bottled: Undead-Guy Ale, Habanero IPA, Belgian Tripel IPA, Blind Pig, "Island Zombie" Ale, Apple/Rasp Hard Cider
