Bottling From Keg Carbonation/Temperature

<< < (2/4) > >>

Joe Sr.:
I'm using the home-made job with stopper and racking cane.  It has worked well in the past.

I think the last few bottles I was lazy and did not chill the bottles.  I had a fair amount of foaming.

+1
chilling the bottles if possible helps too

dbarber:
I chill the beer down to 32 when I use the beer gun; I've found that the temperature of the bottles doesn't matter as long as they are wet.

kylekohlmorgen:
and fill 'em REALLLLL SLOWWWW.

Patience pays off - esp when bottling high-carb beers or hoppy beers.
