No shortage of scumbag tweakers evidently.
They'll be caught. That's such a specific and uncommon piece of equipment that either they have a buyer already or they'll make themselves known trying to sell it.

With all the other damage, it almost looks like a case of industrial sabotage. Taking out the competition? Or maybe a disgruntled worker?
