Thank you, just tapped the first beer off of it and they are all good, Three yeasts Nottingham, Windsor and US-05, definetly like the US-05 the best Creamier mouth feel and a touch sweeter.

Looks nice.  How is that cooling rig working for you?  I went with a convoluted chiller and am not liking it. 
Who did you go with for the tanks?

I love it, it went from 210 to 68 at about a gallon or a little less every minute, What is a convoluted chiller?

It's a coil chiller where a convoluted (twisted) copper pipe runs through a larger coiled copper pipe which carries the water for cooling. Mine is nowhere near as efficient as yours and requires too much wort circulation leading to cloudy beer. Need a PC just not decided on which one yet

When I get home from the road I will be buying a large freezer for the 40 gal conical fermenter and them i will be able to ferment the whole batch rather than using 6 carboys.

why skimp now? go for a walk in! you'll want the space before long. I mean are you really only going to get the 1 40 gallon conical?

Just the cheaper way to go right now, I will be making a walking out of a air conditioner when I set up my shed.

This is not true there are 6 pictures in the thread from March Pumps Pic #5 is an acceptible way to mount the pumps and since I have already use it this way and they worked flawlessly then this is the way they will stay.

I have a similar setup (Brutus 10 design), and someone asked me if I was intending to install a CIP system. My response was "probably not". It took enough time to build the stand, tweek the equipment and start brewing great beer. I just want to enjoy it now.

True that, I don't do CIP maybe in the future, need a bigger pump to make it work properly, just got a Freezer for my 40 gal conical. Money money money

I only brewed one batch and I would say it took two people 1.5 hours to clean no small amount of time but they are 40 and 45 gallon pots.
If you run a CIP you need a large volumn pump to spin the ball at a decent RPM to do your cleaning for you.
Is it worth it eventually? I dont know maybe, but at this size I will brew once a month maybe, that makes it not worth it to me at this time.
