Got half a batch of Barleywine left to bottle, but that's about it. Went from having 10 fermenters going last week to just 2 in secondary. Basement looks a little empty all of a sudden.
Check out my blog: Critical Tastings
In Primary: ESB, BDG
In Secondary: Blackberry-Lemon Melomel; "Orvalled" Barleywine; Cider; Maple Wine
In Bottles: Düsseldorf IPA; Quad; Roast Porter; Helles Hop Hammer; Oatmeal Brown; Table Saison
On Deck: India Black Saison

Keg Oktoberfest and brew Doppelbock.  Maybe bottle the Flander red that I didn't get to last weekend.

Just curious, how long did you stash-away your Flanders for souring and if you used Roeselare?
Thank you BEER!

Kegging the Hop Harvest Ale and hopefully try to squeeze in a brew.  We're celebrating our anniversary this weekend so not sure I'll have the time.

I think I'm going to brew an oatmeal schwarzbier this weekend with WLP833.

We're the lucky ones here in Iowa.  It's like 55F and cloudy today.  I LOVE it.  And it's also my birthday! Yay, autumn!

Primary was S-05 and then about 21 months using a combination of B. lambicus and L. Delbruckii in the secondary.  It didn't get quite as sour as I would like because I had let the primary yeast attenuate to far before pithcing the wild things.  The next batch  I make I plan on pitching the Brett and bugs first and pitch the Saccharomyces after a few days to a week.
