I think I want to marry all you guys. :-*

I'm gonna tell your husband!  :)

I've found that if you keep his tummy and flagon full he'll put up with just about anything. :)

Butternut gnochi with a belgian dubble and honey burre blanc and slices of grilled fresh porcini mushrooms with fresh hearty herbs minced on top?

grilled radichio wedge salad with IPA and malt vinegar rosemary sage dressing with a little dijon mustard to emulsify. Maybe some sweet caramelized onions and a little disk of fresh chevre on top.

french onion soup with some dopplebock or stout in the soup and beer chedder bread for the topping. and of course more cheddar melted all over.

Hah, French Turducken, why not? It'd have to have three meats though. Duck breast stuffed with foie gras stuffed with frog's legs? Or escargot? Escargot might go better.

That's a brilliant idea. I'd patent it, but one of you jerks would probably name your homebrew store after it or something.
