Custom Tap Fridge
« on: March 22, 2013, 09:36:55 AM »
Here's my "almost complete" custom tap fridge.

18.5 cu ft top freezer refrigerator.
Framed the outside of the doors so that it opens as one door.
Holds (5) 5gal Cornelius Kegs
Dual Gauge MicroMatic pressure regulator
Co2 tank is outside of the fridge
3 Perlick faucets
3 custom tap handles

Thanks for checkin it out

impressive.

nice.  Are the bricks attached to the trowel (sorry if the tool is named something else, I don't have an extensive vocabulary for mason's tools)?  It seems heavy.....any worry that the weight might open a tap when unattended?
You wouldn't believe the things I've seen...

Thanks for all of the great comments.
Yes, the bricks are "real" they are brick veneers though, so they're thinner. BUT, they do have weight to them, but not enough to cause worry. If I would ever go to a larger platform (i.e. professional brewery) I would have them molded out of plastic.

Thanks!

Anyone know where to get drip trays w/ drain for a reasonable price? I'd like to add one to this project.
Thanks
