Berliner Weisse Sweetener Choices

A friend gave me two bottles of Kindl Berliner Weisse.  She said she likes Grenadine with hers, but I'm wondering what other choices there are.

You can probably try any liqueur you like. Maybe Chambord or Creme De Cassis.

traditional is sweet woodfruff (sp?) syrup.

I have made blueberry syrup, raspberry syrup and blackberry syrup for adding to Russian River wild beer and they were all lovely. grenadine sounds nice though.
