Doesn't need to be distilled or RO, the amount of dissolved solids in drinkable water isn't enough to throw off a hydrometer.
In Bottles: Honey Brown Porter, Raspberry Riesling, Mild Ale, Scotch Ale, Mild Ale
In a Keg: Munich Pale
Conditioning: Molasses Hard Cider
Fermenting: Flanders Red, ESB
