Shameless plug for a fellow homebrewer and friend
« on: January 23, 2013, 11:20:14 am »
Hopefully this is ok to post here. For a fellow homebrewre and good friend of mine.

Besides homebrewing, one of my other passions is Competition BBQ. My team, Smoke Therapy, has been selected as a finalist in the Tyson Best Wing on the Planet competition and the winner will be determined by a popular vote. We took 1st place in Thornton, CO last May and submitted our winning recipe to the Tyson test kitchen and have made it to the Final 8.

If you could vote for me I’d really appreciate it as the winner will be announced during the half-time of the Superbowl. It’s really easy to vote if you have a Facebook account you just need to follow these steps:

1) http://www.facebook.com/ClubTyson?ref=ts&fref=ts
2) Go to the Club Tyson Facebook page.
3) Select “Vote” link under Best Wing on the Planet icon.
4) Vote for Smoke Therapy in Thornton CO!

Please feel free to pass this along to your friends as every vote counts.
Cheers,
Jimmy

Congrats.  I too love to BBQ, but my comps only take place in my driveway. Good luck with the wing.

Your wings look the best, hands down. I'm definitely going to try them out. Good luck!
Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.

Thanks!
