I am probably going to put my Saison d'Hiver (thanks Drew) in it. I brewed 10 gallons of that. I have a friend going to a wine industry show this week and he is going to look there for me. If he doesn't have any luck - bailing wire it is.
And this one takes a champage cork. It is bigger than the normal 750ml sized Belgian cork.
