I really like the brown yeasty question mark on the right half of your fermentation.  I wonder what the yeast are questioning.

Yes both projects were very cool.

Wow...that's very interesting. Made me think of a whipped cream pie topping. Very creamy/fluffy looking and also very clean looking as well.
