Anyone know if they bottle with the same strain they brew with?
in particular wondering about the Blanche Du Paradis.
That's a really nice wit beer and I think it's really about that yeast.

I do not know, but their description of it says it is unfiltered. Culture some up and do a test batch!
Never heard of them before, but it looks like they have a pretty nice line up. I'll have to see if they're available here in Chicago.
