They had a 270 bbl brewhouse in storage for almost 20 years!

Sounds like an excellent plan.  Of course, having toured Anchor and being awed and amazed by their traditional english-style open fermentation system for all their brews, I sure hope they continue this tradition!!  It sounds like they are doing the expansion right, so I will be optimistic!
