No, but I brewed a Piney the Elder clone yesterday but decided to have it all Simcoe hence the reference to conifer.  It should turn out interesting.  It has an OG of 1.09!

All Simcoe. To me that would taste like cat pee on a pine tree :o , although others feel differently about it ;)

Cat pee on a pine tree....that's funny.  I guess that I'll find out in a few weeks.  After doing 24 batches, I'm kindof into the experimentation phase of brewing.  A Christmas tree ale just in time for Christmas...
