This non-gent is doing a lambic before the basement gets too warm for the initial fermentation.

I always do stuff backwards... huge stouty beers for spring and summer, and ligher, pale type beers for winter.  So, in the spirit of that, we're doing a Blackberry Russian Imperial Stout on Saturday.

Moving my Amber Ale and Double IPA to secondaries today and brewing up a Russian Imperial Stout tomorrow!

Dopplebock... with toasted cacao nibs, vanilla beans and cold brewed italian roast coffee added to secondary!
