Doing a half-batch AG version of West Coast Blaster (from Brewing Classic Styles). Just now heating the strike water.

Sorry I'm a little behind on the thread. I brewed up 10 gallons of a "Allagash White" like beer and called it "The Writ's Wit". This is my first time doing an "all grain" batch by myself. Hopefully I didn't screw anything up. I met the OG that BeerSmith called for in the recipe, so that was promising. The yeast looked like it was doing it's job when I checked on it this morning too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
