Mine is Townshend Brewery, because I live on Townshend Avenue and haven't come up with anything more original yet - hopefully I'll have that figured out before I buy a dozen or so acres outside of town.

"Isles of Langerhans Brewery"

Isles of Langerhans are the part of the pancreas that produces insulin. Mine have been stone dead for many years, so this name is my little joke with myself.
I deserve it for having a hobby that I shouldn't.

One of my favorite comedy groups, Firesign Theater, used to talk about "the far flung Isles of Langerhans"....

Mine, depending upon my mood is either Stout Guy Brewing or R&D Beer.

I call my garage the Spread Eagle Brewery. Back in high school, I had to do a project tracing my lineage and found that my ancestors came from a village by the name of Spread Eagle in England.

Fossil Creek Brewery
Fossile Creek is one of only a few natural springs in AZ that still runs... its right outside of Strawberry, AZ, beautiful place!
There are travertine pools up there that are so blue. I'd love to go collect water from the creek, test it and hopefully it would be good to brew with...

I named mine at a point in my work life where my career seemed to be going the way of the dodo bird.

Slowly Losing IT Brewery.  My first logo was a picture of Lon Cheney as The Hunchback of Notre Dame. My current one is also my avatar.

 All my beers have names with psychology jokes in them because I felt like I was going crazy at the time.  Kinda stuck and people look forward to new labels on the tap handles.

Juat a few examples:
           Schitzo Sour Mash "We told you to have a drink with me!"
           Hallucination Hefe "Listen to all the pretty colors"
           Bulemic Bitters "'cuz sometimes what goes down, must come up"
           Antisocial Amber Ale “pull me anther and leave me alone”
           Paranoid Pilsner “Is it just me or is this beer watching me?”

The Burrowing Owl Brewery

The town I live in has one of the largest population of these little owls anywhere. The street I live on is about 1 1/2 miles long and has 6 nests. So then I started naming all my beers for owls

Because I live on Brush Valley Road in Brush Valley (between Happy Valley to the West, Penn's Valley to the East, Big Valley to the South, and Bald Eagle Valley to the North).

Bat Rastard Brewing.

Story - Growing up in NJ, we would use the term rat bastard as in that guy is a real rat bastard.  When I lived in SC for awhile my friends had not heard that term before and I used it often.  They nicknamed me rat bastard.  Well, I moved from SC out to CO and had not seen these guys for over a year.  When I went back to SC one of my friends had a little too much scotch.  He puts his arm around me and slurs, "it's great to see you again bat rastard."  His brain was trying to get rat bastard out, but it couldn't.  I thought that would be a cool name for my home brewery.  Thus, Bat Rastard Brewing was born.  A friend of mine here in CO even made a t-shirt for me.  His wife is an artist and she did the artwork for the t-shirt.
