Yeast on Stir Plate, Brewing Delayed

Okay, here is a followup to my earlier thread. Brewing is postponed one day-till tomorrow Sunday. Two yeast starters created on Thursday night (1600 ml to 160 grams DME). Any problem with delaying a day?

Nope. If I was you, I'd stick 'em in the fridge. There are benefits to pitching cold yeast, anyway.

I've left starters in the fridge for a whole week without issue.

As cold as possible without freezing the little buggers.
