Good choice....I did the Saison on the last Big Brew Day and it came out great!

Just finished cleaning up.  I used the recipe that is on the wiki site and got 77% eff. (1.037).  I'm naming this beer Wraith's Ace in honor of just discovering a new hobby, disc golf over the long Thanksgiving weekend.

Didn't get to brew Honey Brown last week, so I just finished it and pitched with WY1007 :)
