Whatcha Brewin' this week -- 2009 Nov 4-10?
majorvices:
One of the bonuses of being self employed (alright, unemplyed ::) ) I get to brew on a WEDNESDAY!! I'll also be smoking some salmon. Beautiful fall day.
I'm brewing a FWH Kolsch and a Wezienfest (a cross between a Hefeweizen and an Oktoberfest).
Wish me luck on the FWH Kolsch. I'm using crystal hops. Just trying something different but I may chicken out at the last minute. :-[
bonjour:
A Starter, a Scottish 60-/ AG, and a Robust Porter partial mash with my future SIL

I was going to brew a big American IPA, but since it's cold enough to lager in my fermentation room now I'm going to brew a Vienna Lager. BTW, I'm also FUNemployed. ;)

onthekeg:
I should brew something, but need to keg and clean fermenters first. That in itself is demotivating!! :-\
redbeerman:
Bluesman and I are doing a joint BVIP next weekend. I'm thinking about squeezing in a Centennial IIPA this weekend if time permits.
